Nice to Meet you!
For the last nine years, my husband Matt and I have called New Haven home. We live in the Edgewood neighborhood with our two dogs (Maggie & Walter) and a very DIY-vegetable garden. If you LOVE pictures of plants and dogs, check me out on Instagram!
I work at the Yale Alumni Association as a data strategist, combining my passion for education with my love of spreadsheets. Through my work, I have become an expert on harnessing the power of data based decision-making to enhance the efficacy of nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. I have worked in higher education for 17 years, most recently at the YAA, and previously at Yale Law School, New York University School of Social Work, and The New School.
For the past six years, I have been volunteering with the League of Women Voters of Connecticut and our New Haven local league. The League is a nonpartisan civic education and advocacy organization that has been a trusted feature of American public life for more than a century. I have served as Secretary and Vice President of Communications on the State board and on the steering committee of the New Haven league. During my terms, I worked hard to modernize our organization's operations and improve our data game - all to increase the reach of our message across the state. I am so proud of the League and the members who work tirelessly to register voters, educate about important issues, and fight for access to the ballot for all citizens.
